Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Using a blender, it is necessary to grind the cookies into small crumbs. Next, add pre-melted butter to it. We mix everything.
step 2 out of 8
Put the resulting mass of cookies and butter in a suitable container, tamp it, forming a base uniform in thickness. We send the base cheesecake to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
step 3 out of 8
In a separate container, beat the sour cream with powdered sugar.
step 4 out of 8
Then add ricotta to the working container, beat all the ingredients until smooth for a minute.
step 5 out of 8
Gelatin must be soaked in cold water and left to swell for 5 minutes (if the instructions provide a different time, be guided by it). After a while, melt the gelatin to a liquid state in a water bath or in a microwave oven.
step 6 out of 8
Combine gelatin and ricotta filling, mix everything.
step 7 out of 8
Put the prepared filling into a cookie base. Use a spoon or spatula to smooth the surface. Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
step 8 out of 8
Decorate the finished cheesecake with any berries as desired, cut into portions and serve.

Enjoy your tea!
