Cheesecake with frozen strawberries

Mouth-watering strawberry cheesecake is great with frozen strawberries. A light and aromatic dessert is not so difficult to prepare. If you don't have strawberries, then you can easily take any other frozen berries and get the same great result. This dessert is prepared without baking and will be very useful in the summer.

Soak gelatin for dessert in boiled water.

Add sour cream and granulated sugar to the curd, then whisk the mixture until smooth with a blender.

Add 2/3 of the melted heated gelatin to the curd, then quickly and thoroughly knead the curd mixture. You can also add vanillin or vanilla extract to the curd filling.

Pour the curd filling immediately onto the finished crust, placed in a split mold, wrapped in cling film. Put the structure in the refrigerator and tackle the strawberries.

Defrost berry puree or berries and add sugar to them if it is not there. Mix well.

Next, you need to combine the berry puree with heated gelatin and pour the mixture onto the cheesecake in a mold. Put the dessert back in the refrigerator until the dessert solidifies.
