Cheesecake three chocolates

This cheesecake recipe was invented in the USA, it is interesting because it immediately includes three types of chocolate: white, milk and black. This dessert is delicate in appearance and taste, beautiful and unusual, it will surely please all chocolate lovers without exception. It is not difficult to prepare, but it is time-consuming, so prepare it in advance if you want to decorate your table with such a chocolate cheesecake.

First, crush with a rolling pin or grind shortbread cookies with a blender. Add melted butter to the crumb, stir. Line the bottom of the baking dish with parchment, put the crumb there, tamping it down with your hand or something heavy. Send this cake to the refrigerator for 15 minutes to freeze. Alternatively, make not one large cheesecake, but several small portioned tins.
