An appetizing simple dessert without baking looks very modern, beautiful and stylish on the table. This dessert is suitable not only for a holiday, but also for an ordinary dinner - it is prepared very quickly and easily.

Prepare all the ingredients for the cake and place on the table.

The cookies need to be ground into small crumbs in a blender to form the base of the cheesecake.

Melt the butter and combine with the cookie crumbs, stir.

Put the mass of cookies and butter in jars, forming the first layer of cheesecake.

Add whipped cream and a spoonful of vanilla sugar to the cheese, and sour the dessert with lemon juice, if desired.

Distribute the cream into the jars containing the butter and cookie base.
