Cooking process

step 1 out of 3
Grind the cookies. Melt the butter, mix it with the cookies. Put the resulting mass on the bottom of the multicooker bowl, carefully distribute. Put the bowl in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Beat the cream cheese with a mixer in a deep bowl with lemon and orange zest and 1 glass of sugar. Drive eggs into the creamy mass, add 1 glass of cream and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly.
step 2 out of 3
Remove the multicooker bowl from the refrigerator and pour the creamy mass into the middle. Cook in a Redmond multicooker for 1 hour 15 minutes in the "Baking" mode. Then leave in the "Heating" mode for another 15 minutes.
step 3 out of 3
In a hotel cream container, beat 1 cup of cream with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 0.25 cups of sugar. Put the cream on the cheesecake in a slow cooker, cook in the "Bake" mode for 20 minutes. Remove the finished dessert from the multicooker, let it cool, then put it in the refrigerator for several hours until it is completely cooled. Garnish the finished cheesecake with strawberries and mint if desired.
