According to this recipe, we suggest preparing a quick version of the cheesecake that does not need to be baked. This dessert looks very impressive. Any cookie can be used, it is only important that it is crumbly and you personally like it. The fat content of the curd can be selected based on taste and dietary considerations. Or you can even use the classic "Philadelphia". As you can see, the variability of the composition allows you to play with the ingredients and get a personalized ideal dessert.

We prepare products for making dessert. We release the cookies from the packaging, defrost the strawberries, if necessary, and let the excess liquid drain. If the strawberries are fresh, then rinse them, dry them and remove the stalks.
