Whole tobacco chicken in the oven

Chicken tobacco is rightfully called one of the most delicious poultry dishes. You can deviate a little from the classic recipe, when meat is fried in a special frying pan, and bake it in the oven. It will turn out to be no less tasty.

To make the marinade, combine vegetable oil, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, adjika, ground coriander, and a teaspoon of salt in a bowl.

Wash the chicken and dry it with paper towels.

Make an incision along the spine and straighten the carcass.

Spread the chicken out on a cutting board and beat the joints with a hammer. The carcass should be as flat as possible.

Then brush the chicken with the marinade and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Then place the chicken in an ovenproof dish and place in the oven. Cook at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 180 degrees and bake for another 60 minutes.

Prepare the sauce. Chop the garlic, mix it with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, a teaspoon of salt and the meat juice left over from baking. Grease the finished chicken tobacco with this sauce, let it soak for 10-15 minutes and serve.
