Grilled chicken

Chicken tobacco can be grilled quickly enough because the carcass is fried on both sides at the same time. Also, the question of the press is removed - the lid of the device presses the chicken so. Before frying, be sure to leave the poultry to marinate for a couple of hours - this will only benefit the taste of meat. Serving ruddy tobacco chicken is always tasty and appropriate with fresh vegetables - they will favorably set off the rich spicy taste of chicken and facilitate digestion.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
We wash the chicken, dry it with a towel and cut it along the sternum, without touching the back. We open the carcass into a layer with its back up. The brisket can be cut out if desired, so the carcass will be smoother and more flat.
step 2 out of 6
We beat off the bird with a kitchen hammer, having covered it with cling film beforehand - this way the spray will not scatter. We apply force not to the fillet, but to the bones and joints, so that the carcass becomes more pliable.
step 3 out of 6
Sprinkle the beaten carcass with salt, black pepper, paprika and garlic passed through a press. Rub the spices into the surface of the skin and meat with our palms. We leave the chicken to marinate for an hour or two. It is convenient to leave the bird to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
step 4 out of 6
We heat the grill to a hot state, grease the plates with vegetable oil using a silicone brush. Place the marinated chicken on the grill, close the lid and cook at high power.
step 5 out of 6
In about twenty minutes, the tobacco chicken is ready. If in doubt, we pierce the thigh with a thin knife and assess the color of the juice coming out. If the liquid is completely clear, the bird is ready. If there is an admixture of blood, we continue to cook for a while.
step 6 out of 6
Remove the finished tobacco chicken from the grill onto a plate, cut into portions and serve hot with fresh vegetables.

Bon Appetit!
