Chicken tabaka - any Georgian dish by many. It can be cooked at home without even having a special frying pan. Any spices for chicken meat are suitable for marinating chicken; you can add spice to the dish using adjika or chili peppers.

Wash the chicken, remove the remaining feathers and cut it in the middle of the breast.

Open the carcass, remove the ribs and beat it with a hammer on both sides.

Peel the garlic, cut into wedges. Make cuts in several places on the carcass and place the garlic cloves in there. Then brush the chicken with salt and spices.

Leave the chicken to marinate for 1-2 hours.
