Chicken tabaka with adjika in a pan

An iconic dish of all time, tobacco chicken is cooked in a pan under pressure. In the absence of a special frying pan, you can use the tools at hand and make a press from a can of water, for example. Adjika for this recipe is suitable both at home and from the store.
