Chicken tobacco in the oven turns out incredibly fragrant, with a crispy crust and juicy meat inside. It can be served as a main course for lunch or dinner, as well as to decorate a festive table with it.

Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, combine sour cream, adjika, mustard.

Wash the chicken under running water, cut it along the breast and unfold.
