We offer to cook tobacco chicken not traditionally, in a pan, but in the oven. This option turns out to be more dietary and requires less hassle. We partially wrap the chicken in foil so that the valuable juice does not flow out, and the chicken is as juicy as possible. In order for the crust to be golden brown and with a rich taste, grease the carcass with spicy sauces. All the details are in the recipe below.
Ingredients
Cooking process
It is recommended to choose chicken or young chicken weighing about 600-700 grams for baking. In this case, the meat is more tender and in finished form it turns out to be really juicy. We wash the carcass, dry it with a towel and cut it along the sternum, without touching the back. We open the carcass into a layer with the skin up and beat it with a kitchen hammer in the places of bones and joints.
Cover the baking dish with foil, forming high sides. Lubricate the surface of the foil with a thin layer of odorless vegetable oil. We spread the carcass with its back up, lightly press the foil to the sides of the chicken so that the juice does not flow out. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and set the mold with chicken to the middle level in it. We bake for fifty to sixty minutes. During baking, periodically water the surface of the carcass with the resulting juice.
Bon Appetit!
