Chicken tabaka in a slow cooker

Chicken tobacco can be easily fried in a multicooker. It will be even more convenient than in a frying pan, since the splashes during frying are limited by the high walls of the bowl and do not smear everything around. We offer to marinate the bird with lemon juice and a mixture of spices for chicken - we will make the fibers softer with citrus acid, and the selected spice composition will give aroma and flavor intensity. When serving, do not forget to sprinkle the chicken with herbs - this is an additional aroma and valuable vitamins.

We choose a young, medium-sized chicken - the meat of such, as a rule, is tender, and the size allows it to fully fit into the bowl.

We wash the carcass, cut off the excess skin, dry it with a towel and cut it along the chest without touching the back. We turn the carcass into a horizontal layer and beat it with a kitchen hammer on the bones and joints so that the chicken becomes soft and pliable.

In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, salt, and chicken spice mixture.

We grease the carcass with the resulting gruel from all sides, rubbing the spices into the skin and meat with our hands. We leave for pickling for an hour and a half.

We turn on the multicooker in the "Frying" mode, pour a little vegetable into the bowl and heat it up. We put the chicken carcass skin side up and fry for twenty minutes with the lid open. After the specified time has elapsed, turn the chicken over to the other side and continue to fry for another fifteen to twenty minutes. When frying, you can put the weight on the carcass, having previously covered it with a flat plate. But even without a load, the chicken is well fried, browned and it turns out very juicy.

Remove the finished tobacco chicken from the bowl and transfer to a plate, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve hot.
