Diet squash caviar in a slow cooker

Harvesting squash caviar seems to many to be an overwhelming and long task - the caviar is sprinkled, cooked for a long time, and burns. However, if you cook it in a multicooker, then the process is simplified to a minimum. The slow cooker will cook the caviar itself, it will not need to be stirred, and the free time can be spent on something else.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Prepare the ingredients for the caviar: rinse and peel the courgettes, and wash and peel the rest of the vegetables.
step 2 out of 4
Be sure to finely chop all vegetables. Grate the carrots on a track, pass the garlic through a press. You can grate or cut the zucchini, and chop the zucchini into cubes. Place all vegetables in a multicooker bowl, add lemon juice, salt, pepper and stir everything together.
step 3 out of 4
Turn on the multicooker to the "Extinguishing" mode, setting the time to one hour. After this time, open the multicooker and stir the vegetables. If they are still watery, you can extinguish them a little more with the lid open.
step 4 out of 4
Use a blender to beat the vegetables until smooth and serve!
