Diet PP lasagna with chicken

For those who watch their diet and figure, as well as everyone who, for some reason, does not eat flour products, I suggest preparing a dietary lasagna with chicken. The hot dish turns out to be hearty, tasty and aromatic with a pleasant cheese crust.

Peel the onions, rinse in cold water, and then chop finely.

Rinse the carrots thoroughly under running water using a vegetable brush, then peel them with a vegetable peeler. Grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater or pass through the processor.

Wash the chicken fillet thoroughly in running water, then pat dry with paper towels. Cut the prepared chicken fillet into several pieces, and then place in a blender bowl. Grind the chicken fillet until smooth.

Heat a deep frying pan well over medium heat, add a small amount of vegetable oil, and then put onions, carrots and minced chicken. Fry until the liquid has completely evaporated. Then add salt and black pepper to taste, as well as tomato paste. Stir well, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Make Bechamel Diet Sauce. Put the required amount of natural yogurt in a deep container, add the chicken egg, salt and pepper, and add a little nutmeg.

Mix thoroughly with a whisk or beat with a mixer until smooth.

Wash and dry young zucchini thoroughly. Then cut into slices no more than one centimeter thick.

Prepare a dish in which you will bake the lasagne. Pour a few spoons of the prepared sauce into the bottom of the mold and spread it over the entire surface.
