Diet turkey cutlets

Turkey meat occupies an important place in dietary nutrition, as it contains a large amount of protein, very little fat and its caloric content is two times lower than the calorie content of chicken meat. Diet turkey cutlets are prepared without adding a loaf and potatoes. They are fried without oil and in a non-stick skillet or oven. Despite these conditions, the cutlets are nutritious and tasty.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Rinse the turkey fillet with cold water, dry with a napkin and cut into small slices.
step 2 out of 7
Peel the onion, rinse and chop into small cubes. You can grind a couple of cloves of garlic in a garlic maker.
step 3 out of 7
Place the slices of meat and chopped onions into a blender bowl and chop on high speed until smooth.
step 4 out of 7
Transfer the resulting minced meat to a convenient bowl, add an egg, salt and pepper to it to your liking and mix everything thoroughly. You can beat the minced meat several times, which will only improve the texture of the cutlets.
step 5 out of 7
Form small cutlets from the cooked minced meat with wet hands and roll them a little in flour or semolina.
step 6 out of 7
Using a brush, lightly brush the non-stick frying pan with vegetable oil and heat. Fry the patties in a preheated skillet for 5-6 minutes on each side. Then pour some water into the skillet and simmer the diet cutlets for 10-15 minutes under the covered lid.
step 7 out of 7
Transfer the cooked patties to a portioned plate and serve with fresh vegetables.
