Oven baking is the best method for preparing diet meals. You can cook steamed cutlets, but it tastes better in the oven. For juiciness of cutlets, it is better to take the meat of a turkey thigh. Add only an egg and onion to these diet cutlets, the rest of the additives are excluded. The cutlets will be juicy, not fatty and healthy, which is required for dietary nutrition.
