Here is a recipe for diet squash pancakes. This dish is prepared quickly. Its main advantage is baking in the oven. Thanks to this method of preparation, such pancakes can be given to children without fear. Moreover, oven-baked pancakes are much healthier and will appeal to those on a diet and calorie count.

We wash the vegetables, rub them on a medium or coarse grater. Next, add salt to the zucchini and mix thoroughly. Then you need to leave the zucchini mass for 15 minutes. During this time, the vegetables will start up juice, which will need to be removed. We turn on the oven to warm up to a temperature of 200 degrees.

After that, we squeeze the resulting juice with our hands. We remove almost all the liquid so that the pancakes keep their shape (since no flour will be added).

You can remove the juice as much as possible with paper towels. The squash mass wrung out by hand must be spread out into several layers of towels and blotted on top.

We rub hard cheese and transfer it to a separate container. Then we drive in the eggs here, add ground pepper and mix everything.
