Diet oat pancakes with kefir

Diet food can also be prepared deliciously, and one of its types would be dietary oatmeal pancakes with kefir. These pancakes keep the feeling of fullness for a long time due to the slowly digesting complex carbohydrates of oatmeal and do not add excess weight. Roast the oat pancakes in a thick cast iron skillet until they are completely browned and tasty and fluffy.
