Oven baked potato wedges with chicken

If you want to cook chicken for lunch, we suggest baking it with potatoes. This combination is always topical, tasty, satisfying. Cut the chicken into portioned pieces of approximately the same size, and cut the potatoes into even slices. The dish will turn out attractive and evenly baked. An ideal addition is a fresh vegetable salad.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We wash the chicken, dry it, cut off the excess skin and fat areas. We cut the carcass into portioned pieces of approximately the same size. Dry each piece with a paper towel. Put the chicken in a bowl.
step 2 out of 5
Add salt to taste. We recommend using a large dining room.
step 3 out of 5
Next, pour the chicken seasoning onto the pieces of poultry. Peel the garlic, rinse, dry and pass through a press. We send the resulting garlic gruel to the chicken bowl. We put the indicated amount of mayonnaise. Mix the chicken with the spices with your hands so as to cover each piece with the aromatic mixture. Tighten the bowl with cling film and leave to marinate for one hour at room temperature.
step 4 out of 5
While the chicken is marinating, peel the potatoes. We wash the tubers, dry with a towel and cut into thin slices. Sprinkle them with salt to taste. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil. We spread the pickled chicken pieces on it, interspersed with potato wedges. We preheat the oven to a temperature of 210 degrees. We send a baking sheet with potatoes and chicken into it to the middle-lower level. We bake for one and a half hours.
step 5 out of 5
We take out the finished dish from the oven. We lay out the potatoes with chicken on portioned plates and serve hot along with fresh vegetables.
Bon Appetit!
