A very simple recipe for delicious potatoes baked in slices in the oven under a "hat" of grated cheese, garlic and mayonnaise. Very juicy, piquant and attractive. Preparing the potatoes. We cut off the peel from it, rinse it. Then we put the peeled tubers in a saucepan, fill with water so that they completely cover them. Place the pot on the stove and bring the contents to a boil. From the moment of boiling, cook the potatoes for three minutes. After that, drain the water and let the potatoes cool.

When the potatoes have cooled down, cut them into longitudinal pieces. The slices should not be too large or too thin.

Rub hard cheese on a coarse grater. Place the cheese shavings in a bowl. We wash the parsley, dry it and chop it with a knife. We combine herbs with cheese. Also add salt, potato seasoning and mayonnaise to a bowl. Mix everything together with a spoon to get a thick mass.
