Potato wedges in foil in the oven

We offer a simple recipe for baked potatoes in foil. Peel the tubers, cut into slices. Season with salt and vegetable oil and place in foil. We bake in the oven for half an hour. To get a golden brown crust on the ready-made slices, turn on the grill for ten minutes. Everything! The rosy soft wedges are ready - the potatoes can be served.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Cut off the peel from the potatoes, rinse the peeled tubers, and then dry them on a towel. We cut each potato into medium-sized wedges. Place the wedges in a wide bowl.
step 2 out of 7
Sprinkle salt on top of the slices to taste and pour in vegetable oil. Of course, at this stage, you can add any spices you like, for additional flavor and aroma. Mix the potato wedges with salt and butter with your hands.
step 3 out of 7
Cut off a piece of foil that is large enough to hold the volume of the prepared potatoes. You can divide the slices into several portions - this will make it easier to wrap them in foil. Place the potato wedges on a piece of foil.
step 4 out of 7
We close the surface of the potato with the edges of the foil, pinch tightly. Place the foil-wrapped potatoes in a baking dish or baking sheet.
step 5 out of 7
We preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees. We send a baking sheet with potato wedges into it and bake for twenty five to thirty minutes. After the specified time has elapsed, unfold the foil, thus opening the surface of the potato.
step 6 out of 7
Turn on the grill and brown the wedges for ten minutes.
step 7 out of 7
We take out the finished potatoes from the oven. Immediately transfer the ruddy foil slices to a serving dish. Serve hot potatoes to the table.
Bon Appetit!
