We will try to cook the usual potatoes in an unusual way. At first glance, nothing unusual: cut the potatoes into slices and bake in the oven in the sleeve. And the "highlight" is in what kind of marinade sauce we will use to flavor the potatoes and give them a special taste. For a savory dressing, we use soy sauce and mustard, a little mayonnaise and dried marjoram. This combination of ingredients gives the potatoes an exquisite taste and sets them apart from other cooking recipes.

Peel the potatoes, rinse them thoroughly, cut them into more or less identical slices, as in the photo. Dry the slices on a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Put the potato wedges in a wide bowl, pour the prepared dressing on top. Mix the slices with the sauce with our hands, trying to grease each piece with the prepared aromatic mass.
We preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees. We place a baking sheet with potatoes in it on a medium level. We bake for forty minutes. If there is a desire to additionally brown the potatoes, then ten minutes before readiness we cut the sleeve, open it and let the surface of the potato brown. To speed up the process, you can turn on convection. We take out the finished potatoes from the oven.
We transfer the fragrant slices to a serving plate and serve immediately, until they have cooled down and have not lost their juiciness. These potatoes are ideal as a hot snack, especially when combined with vegetable sauces. Also, the slices are a good addition to various meat or poultry dishes as a side dish.
