What a pleasure it is to spend an evening with loved ones, enjoying fragrant tea and juicy pasties. They are loved for their crisp crust, hearty filling and great meat juice that stands out with every bite.

Heat the water, add salt and vegetable oil to it. Then add a glass of sifted flour, stir and let cool.

Add finely chopped onion to the ground beef, salt and pepper to taste, mix.

Add the egg and the remaining flour to the cooled mass, knead the dough.

Roll out the dough thinly, use a saucer to cut out round cakes.
