Homemade pasties with minced chicken in a pan

Today, almost all meat dishes, including pasties, are prepared from chicken meat, as the most inexpensive. Chicken meat is often dry when cooking, so more liquid is added to the filling. The taste of chicken pasties differs little from the traditional ones made from pork or beef. Knead the dough according to this recipe in water, flour and oil.
