Homemade instant kvass

I want to share a recipe for a simple homemade kvass. To prepare the drink, you will need affordable and inexpensive ingredients. The drink is prepared quickly and easily. Home-made kvass will be ready in 30 minutes, but it is best to chill it in the refrigerator before use.

Boil the required amount of drinking water in advance, and then cool completely.

Add citric acid and the required amount of dry yeast to a jar of boiled water.

I most often use fast-acting dry yeast from the manufacturer "SAF-MOMENT".

Mix the contents of the jar thoroughly until the dry yeast and citric acid are completely dissolved.

Take a deep-bottomed saucepan or saucepan. Pour in the required amount of granulated sugar. Place on medium heat.

Wait until the granulated sugar begins to melt, then reduce the heat.

No need to stir granulated sugar. Just wait until the crystals and the golden brown color of the caramel are completely dissolved.
