Dorado is a very tasty and healthy fish and is practically boneless and fishy. She came to us from the Mediterranean and now you can buy it in many supermarkets, even chilled. For marinating dorado, 30 minutes is enough, so it is great for grilling on the grill during a picnic in nature.

This fish is covered with small scales, so clean it with a special scraper or the back of a regular vegetable peeler. Then, from the dorado, remove the tail, fins, entrails with gills and rinse the fish well with cold water. Then make 3-4 oblique cuts on the sides of the fish so that the marinade soaks the meat well through them.
Spread the pickled fish on both sides with vegetable oil and place on the grill. Roast the dorado for 12 minutes, turning it over every 30 seconds. A sign that the fish is ready will be the pearlescent color of the meat in the area of the cuts. Dorado on the grill is ready. You can also serve it with a glass of dry wine.
