Dry yeast pizza dough with egg

Making pizza doesn't require any special culinary skills. The most time consuming yeast dough, however, can be done a little faster using dry yeast.

Mix 400 grams of flour, yeast, salt and sugar.

Melt the butter over low heat and cool.

Add the egg and butter to the flour and stir. Then pour in water in a thin stream, constantly stirring the dough with a spoon.

Add the remaining flour and continue kneading the dough with your hands. It should turn out to be uniform and elastic. Leave the dough to rest for 30-40 minutes, then roll out the pizza base.
