You can cook your favorite pies in a pan or in the oven. Various doughs are used to make pies. I want to share a recipe for a yeast dough cooked in kefir with dry yeast. The dough is fluffy and light.

Warm drinking water slightly until warm and pour into a deep container. Then add granulated sugar and dry yeast. Mix well. Tighten the dough with cling film or cover with a clean kitchen towel and leave in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
