Yeast dough for whiskers

The most popular way to make whitewash is to wrap minced meat in yeast dough cakes and fry them in hot vegetable oil. Such whites are lush and juicy inside.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Break the pressed yeast into small pieces, add sugar to them and pour in 100 milliliters of warm water, mix.
step 2 out of 7
Then add a couple of tablespoons of flour and mix well. Cover the dough with a lid or tighten with cling film, leave it in a warm place for 15 minutes.
step 3 out of 7
The dough should double in volume.
step 4 out of 7
Add the second half of the water, warm milk, salt and beaten egg to the dough. Mix everything well.
step 5 out of 7
Sift the flour, add it in portions to a bowl and gradually knead the dough. Stop kneading when the dough becomes thick enough and it will easily come off your hands.
step 6 out of 7
Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. Then wrap your hands around it and once again set to stand for an hour.
step 7 out of 7
After the second proofing, the dough will be ready for sculpting the whites.

Bon Appetit!
