Today I want to offer an unusually tasty and at the same time quite simple recipe for yeast dough in milk. This dough turns out to be incredibly tasty and pliable, perfect for baking not only pies, but also mouth-watering buns.

First of all, prepare all the necessary ingredients for making a yeast dough with milk.

Break a chicken egg into a deep container. Add the required amount of dry yeast, granulated sugar and salt.

Heat the required amount of milk slightly until warm. Pour it over the prepared ingredients.

Using a whisk, mix well until smooth. Then pour in the vegetable oil in the required amount.
