Yeast dough on water and dry yeast for pies in the oven

I would like to recommend from the bottom of my heart an unusually tasty recipe for yeast dough to all lovers of homemade baking. Pies made on dough using water and dry yeast turn out to be inexplicably mouth-watering. It is simply impossible to tear yourself away from such baking.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Combine the required amount of warm drinking water and dry yeast in a deep container, add granulated sugar and a little wheat flour.
step 2 out of 5
Stir thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Tighten the dough with cling film and leave for about 10-15 minutes.
step 3 out of 5
When the dough rises well, add the required amount of vegetable oil and salt to it, and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
step 4 out of 5
Gradually sift the required amount of wheat flour, mix thoroughly. After that, knead the dough well with your hands and roll into a lump. Place it in a deep bowl and cover with a clean tea towel. When the dough rises, knead it well and leave it to rise again.
step 5 out of 5
Divide the finished dough into equal parts. Form identical patties, first filling them with your favorite toppings, and bake in a preheated oven until tender.

Bon Appetit!
