Yeast cake with blueberries and cottage cheese

The filling of cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, lemon juice and starch is spread on a layer of yeast dough, then sprinkled with blueberries and wrapped in a roll. It is cut into pieces and baked in a mold for half an hour.

We start by making dough. We heat milk in a microwave oven or on a stove and dilute fresh yeast in it. Pour in 2 tsp. granulated sugar and mix. We send the container to a warm place for 10-15 minutes so that the dough rises.
