Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Beat the egg with the addition of salt until a firm foam appears. Heat the milk in a separate container and dissolve the sugar and yeast in it. Leave for 5-10 minutes until a frothed cap, then pour over the beaten eggs and stir.
step 2 out of 6
Add vegetable oil to the dough and sift the flour in parts through a fine sieve to get rid of the lumps. Stir all the ingredients thoroughly until a smooth dough is obtained, which is soft and slightly sticky to your hands. If you like thicker baked goods, you can add more flour.
step 3 out of 6
Cover the dough with cling film or a towel and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours to rise.
step 4 out of 6
Rinse the lingonberries in a bowl of water so as not to damage. Collect all floating debris from the surface of the water, drain the liquid, and rinse the berries in a colander and dry with a towel. Place them in a bowl, add the starch and sugar, and stir gently until the fruits are completely covered in the mixture.
step 5 out of 6
Roll out the risen dough to the size of your shape, leaving a margin for the formation of the sides. You can also pre-cut a portion of the dough to decorate the cake. Put the berries on the base and smooth them out.
step 6 out of 6
Preheat the oven to 180 ̊C, remove the pie and bake for 30-40 minutes. By this time, the sides will rise and acquire a golden brown hue. Remove the finished dish from the oven, cool on a wire rack to room temperature and serve.
Bon Appetit!
