A classic recipe based on kefir and yeast will take some time to infuse the dough, but it will certainly give the desired result. At the same time, it is important to take into account some of the features when cooking, which you will learn about very soon. Cook according to proven recipes and do not hesitate - the dishes will turn out to be very tasty.

Cooking dough, for this combine yeast with 1 tbsp. l. sugar, add warm water and ½ tbsp. l. flour, stir. You should get a mass like heavy cream. Leave for 20 minutes in a warm place for the yeast to work, bubbles should appear on it.

Heat the kefir a little in the microwave or in a water bath. Add it directly to the liquid dough and add the rest of the sugar. Add the sifted flour a few at a time and stir. Bring the dough to a homogeneous consistency of thick sour cream. Cover the dough with a towel and heat for an hour. It should grow at least twice, depending on the yeast.

When the dough has risen, do not stir it, put the pan on the fire, heat it well together with the oil, which should cover the entire bottom by about 1 cm.Take the dough with a spoon dipped in water from the edge and put the pancakes next to each other. You can use a second spoon for convenience. As soon as the top becomes matte, turn it over with a fork, securing it by the edge of the product.

Place a paper towel in several layers on a plate and spread the finished pancakes on it to absorb excess fat. Add oil to the skillet and heat for the next run. Fry until the dough runs out. Serve hot with jam or sour cream, tea or milk.
