Yeast pancakes with kefir without soda and eggs

Modern housewives often knead pancake dough with the addition of kefir. In this recipe, you are invited to knead the yeast kefir dough without eggs and soda. The result will delight you: the pancakes will be tall and tender and will not fall off for a long time. The exclusion of eggs does not change the taste of baked goods. Kefir is taken of any fat content.

First, prepare the amount of products specified in the recipe for making pancakes.

Put the compressed yeast in a separate bowl, add 3 tablespoons of sugar to it and rub it with a whisk or spoon until it becomes gruel.

Heat the kefir a little and pour it into a bowl for kneading the dough. Then we shift the yeast gruel to the kefir, add a pinch of salt and wheat flour sifted on a sieve.

Then use a spoon to knead the dough until smooth. It should be thick and fall from a spoon in one lump.

Then close the dishes with the dough tightly with a piece of cling film, put a towel or napkin and the dough on top of it for 1 hour, or more, put in a warm place so that the yeast starts working.

Heat a skillet with vegetable oil. Spoon the dough into small pancakes with a spoon. Fry them over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
