Yeast dumplings with blueberries

Dumplings with blueberries on yeast dough are a tasty dish, the preparation of which requires a minimum set of products. Blueberry dumplings are always out of competition, because they are one of the most delicious dumplings! Lovers of this dish will appreciate this recipe.

We drive chicken eggs into a convenient dish. The water must be heated until warm and added to the eggs. We also add granulated sugar, salt and yeast here.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Next, add wheat flour (400 grams) to the working container.

Knead the dough. After that, add the remaining flour and knead the dough until elastic. We leave the dough aside for 30 minutes, having previously covered it with cling film or a towel.

The blueberries should be sorted out, removing all debris. Next, place the berries in a suitable container, sprinkle them with starch and granulated sugar.

Roll out the finished dough into a thin layer, on which we cut out circles of the desired size with the help of a glass.

A small amount of blueberry filling should be placed in the center of each circle (1 tsp is enough).

Fold the dough with filling in half and glue the edges, thereby forming a dumpling.

Pour water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil, add a little salt. Put the dumplings in boiling water. After boiling, boil them for 5-7 minutes. Blueberry dumplings are ready! Serve a dish with sour cream or butter.
