Can you make apricot jam without sugar? Sure. We use honey as a sweetener and even do without boiling. This jam retains all vitamins and can be used in baby and diet food.

We prepare products for making jam. To do this, you should choose ripe, high-quality apricots, without defects. We wash the apricots, dry thoroughly. Cut the fruit into halves with a knife and remove the seeds. We measure the required amount of honey.

Place the resulting ladles of apricots in a wide bowl and knead. You can use a potato grinder for this, you can just knead it with clean hands. It is not recommended to use a chopper or blender, as these appliances grind too hard.
