When you are already full of fresh and juicy fruits, you can prepare them in jars. What is good about jam - it is great for baking, the filling is thick and does not leak. And how delicious it is, this plum-apricot treat with pieces of fruit.

Sort out ripe fruits from debris, check them for rotten sides.

Remove the seeds and pour boiling water over the fruit for 2 minutes.

Boil water in a bowl with a thick bottom, add sugar to it and cook for 3 minutes. Transfer the apricots and plums to the syrup and simmer over medium heat, stirring and skimming for about 30 minutes.

When the fruit is partially boiled, check the readiness of the jam, drip the jam on a saucer, leave for a couple of minutes and tilt it, if the drop does not drain, the jam is ready. Spread it hot on prepared sterile jars under lids or in ceramic pots under parchment.
