Jam is a jelly-like confection with fruits, berries, or parts of them evenly distributed in it. Unlike jam, the original product should not remain intact, and the syrup should acquire the consistency of jelly. I suggest making apricot jam for the winter.

Mix thoroughly. Arrange the jam in pre-sterilized jars, close well with clean dry lids. Turn the jars upside down and leave to cool completely. Put the cooled jam in a cool dark place or refrigerator. The jam turns out to be very tasty and is not worth it until winter, so cook it in large quantities.
