Jam from apricots for the winter

Jam is a jelly-like confection with fruits, berries, or parts of them evenly distributed in it. Unlike jam, the original product should not remain intact, and the syrup should acquire the consistency of jelly. I suggest making apricot jam for the winter.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Wash and dry the apricots. Cut the apricots in any way, removing the seeds from them. Use soft apricots to achieve a uniform consistency. Pour the required amount of water into the multicooker bowl.
step 2 out of 8
Then put the chopped apricots into the multicooker bowl.
step 3 out of 8
Fill in the required amount of granulated sugar. Close the lid of the multicooker.
step 4 out of 8
On the multicooker panel, select the "Extinguishing" mode, set the temperature to 100 degrees. Cooking time - 30 minutes.
step 5 out of 8
After 10-12 minutes, carefully open the lid of the multicooker, make sure that all the granulated sugar has dissolved, stirring with a silicone or wooden spatula.
step 6 out of 8
Thoroughly remove the formed foam.
step 7 out of 8
Continue to cook the berries with the lid of the multicooker open, periodically skimming and stirring. After the beep, turn off the device. Stir and add lemon juice.
step 8 out of 8
Mix thoroughly. Arrange the jam in pre-sterilized jars, close well with clean dry lids. Turn the jars upside down and leave to cool completely. Put the cooled jam in a cool dark place or refrigerator. The jam turns out to be very tasty and is not worth it until winter, so cook it in large quantities.

Enjoy your tea!
