Jam from apricots with gelatin

Sweet, aromatic, delicious apricot jam can be easily made at home. For this, only three components are enough - apricots, granulated sugar and a thickener. Zhelfix dissolves quickly and does not have a specific aroma in comparison with gelatin. Cook, taste, enjoy!

Rinse apricots thoroughly.

We arm ourselves with a blender and intensively punch the resulting apricot halves until smooth.

Pour 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar into a separate container and add gelatin here. We mix.

We put the apricots on the fire, wait for a boil and then gradually add granulated sugar with a thickener. Cook and stir. After complete dissolution of sugar with jellicus, gradually introduce the remaining amount of granulated sugar. Mix everything again and cook until boiling. As soon as it boils, cook for only three minutes.

We turn off the gas, remove the foam from the jam and pour it into prepared jars. We close the lids, turn the cans upside down for 5 minutes, then return them to their original position and let them cool completely. A delicious and aromatic delicacy for a cozy home-made tea party is ready!
