Apricot jam is a delicious, sunny treat. Any dish with its addition immediately becomes unusually aromatic and appetizing. Making jam in a slow cooker is not difficult, the main thing is to have time so that the jam is under supervision and does not burn.

We will prepare all the products. Wash the apricots and cut them into halves to get rid of the seeds.

We send apricots to a multicooker and fill them with water.

We fill them with granulated sugar, on a multicooker, select the "my recipe" mode, set the temperature to 160 degrees and cook for 20 minutes.

Now we grind the resulting mass through a strainer to get rid of the coarse fiber of the skin. Bring the jam to a boil using the same “my recipe” mode. Then we reduce the temperature to 120 degrees and cook the jam for 60 minutes. Open the lid from time to time and stir. Pour the jam hot into the jars and roll up. Store in a cool place.
