I suggest making a fragrant low-calorie white cherry jam. The treat is prepared without sugar, but this does not make it less tasty. Diet jam will appeal to everyone who is looking after their figure or wants to cut down on useless sweets.

Put the prepared lemon in a container with berries, put on low heat, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and removing the resulting foam. Simmer the jam for 25-30 minutes. Jars, wash thoroughly and sterilize in a microwave or oven. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil. Jars and lids must be completely dry.
Using a ladle, carefully pour the hot jam into sterile jars. Tighten the jars of cherry jam with lids, then turn upside down. Leave to cool completely. After cooling completely, turn the jars over and transfer them to a dark place for storage. Serve the finished jam. This jam can also be made from red cherries.
