I suggest making a fragrant low-calorie white cherry jam. The treat is prepared without sugar, but this does not make it less tasty. Diet jam will appeal to everyone who is looking after their figure or wants to cut down on useless sweets.

Sort the cherries and rinse thoroughly in running water, put in a colander or sieve, leave for a while to drain excess moisture. Use a special tool or a pin to remove the bones. Put the berries in a container with a thick bottom, in which you will cook the jam.

Add vanillin and the required amount of drinking water to the berries. Put on low heat, bring to a boil, simmer cherry jam for 25 minutes, and then remove from heat. Leave to cool completely for about an hour.

Wash the lemon thoroughly, pour over boiling water, dry, cut into quarters, remove the seeds. Peel if desired.

Put the prepared lemon in a container with berries, put on low heat, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and removing the resulting foam. Simmer the jam for 25-30 minutes. Jars, wash thoroughly and sterilize in a microwave or oven. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil. Jars and lids must be completely dry.
