In this recipe, you are encouraged to add pectin to the jam, which significantly reduces the cooking time and preserves the natural taste of fresh berries.

Transfer the berries to a bowl for making jam. Add a little water to them and pour over the juice collected from the seeds. Place the dishes over medium heat and bring the berry mass to a boil. When the berries boil, add the calculated amount of sugar to them, mix well and cook the jam over low heat for 20 minutes. Stir the jam periodically and remove the foam from the surface.
