Cherry jam for the winter

Appetizing, thick, rich in color and taste. Be sure to prepare a couple of jars of such a treat for the winter! It will be a good addition to tea and will definitely remind you of a warm summer with its aroma!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
We wash the cherries and remove the seeds with a pin.
step 2 out of 4
We transfer the cherries to a saucepan and fill with water. We put on fire and cook for 5 minutes. Then grind the berries with a blender until smooth.
step 3 out of 4
Put sugar in a saucepan and stir. Boil the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat, add the pectin and boil for another 10 minutes. The foam that forms on the surface must be removed.
step 4 out of 4
We pour the ready-made jam into sterilized jars and roll up.

Tip: In order for the jam to turn out right, you need to check its readiness: just drop a small amount of jam on a plate, if it does not spread, then you can pour it into jars.

Bon Appetit!
