Blueberry jam with agar agar

Blueberries are one of the most popular berries for making delicious winter rolls. Very aromatic, thick, with a rich color is obtained from blueberry jam on the basis of agar-agar. It quickly becomes viscous, and therefore it does not take long to cook! A real treat for tea!
