Blackcurrant jam with gelatin

A pleasant berry dessert can be made from black currant berries. Thanks to the gelatin, the dish will harden well and will have an attractive appetizing appearance. This jam can be served to guests or simply delight yourself with a delicious and light delicacy.

We wash the berries, peel and put in a saucepan along with sugar and water. We put on fire, bring to a boil and continue to cook until sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour gelatin with a small amount of boiling water. 100 ml is enough for one tablespoon.

Remove the pan from the heat, cool and grind the berries with an iron sieve. Add gelatin and stir until the latter is completely dissolved.

Fill a convenient dish with jam with gelatin. Can be in glasses or a jar. Let it cool completely and send it to the refrigerator for two hours.
