Blackberry lovers often do not know how to preserve the taste of this wonderful tasty and healthy berry until the cold season. But everything is very simple: just make a blackberry jam with an orange. Orange will add a pleasant sourness to the blackberry taste and aroma, make the jam exotic, original and very tasty.

Pour the blackberries into a deep bowl, chop the berries in mashed potatoes with a blender. Mix the gelix with two tablespoons of sugar, add it to the blackberry puree. Pour the berry mass into a saucepan, add grated orange zest there, mix everything and put on fire. When the blackberry-orange mass boils, add the remaining sugar to it. Reduce the fire and stir the jam until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then cook for about 3 more minutes until thickened.
