Strawberry jam in a Panasonic multicooker

It is important not only to grow strawberries, but also to prepare them quickly, since this fresh berry is not stored for long. The most popular way to make this delicious preparation is with strawberry jam, cooked in a slow cooker. "Panasonic" has a program "Stew" and a timer for manual time setting, so in such a model it is easy to cook a thick and tasty jam. We cook jam from strawberry puree using the single-cooking method in one program and without adding any gelling agents.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Prepare your Panasonic for work.
step 2 out of 7
Measure the correct amount of strawberries and sugar on a scale. Wash the jars for this blank.
step 3 out of 7
Rinse the strawberries, remove the sepals, and chop the berries in a food processor or blender until puree.
step 4 out of 7
Then pour the strawberry puree into a Panasonic bowl, add the required amount of sugar and stir with a spatula to dissolve the sugar.
step 5 out of 7
Close the lid of the multicooker and turn on the "Putting out" program. On this program, the jam will simmer with a slight boil. It is advisable to remove the cover valve so that the liquid evaporates better. Set the time manually to 90 minutes. After 10–20 minutes, slightly open the lid and remove the foam from the surface.
step 6 out of 7
Then cook the jam until the end of the program. You can open the lid of the multicooker 20 minutes before the end of the program, which will make the jam thicker.
step 7 out of 7
While the jam is cooking, dry sterilize the jars and lids. Pour hot strawberry jam into jars, seal tightly and, after cooling, transfer to a storage location.
Delicious and successful preparations!
