Jam from pitted red cherry plum for the winter

From cherry plum, you can make an excellent jam, which in appearance will very much resemble a plum blank, but the taste will turn out to be softer. To make the jam thick, put a lot of sugar. We do not add water during cooking. And so that the jam does not burn, we leave the raw materials with sugar, first, for a couple of hours at room temperature to extract the juice.
